The Florence, SC I-95 location needs to be investigated. I used my credit card at a pump for $17.xx. I was charged $(151 x3) for "holding" for the 3 attempts to purchase gas. One pump had a disconnected hose. (1st attempt ) The staff could not reverse the charges, and stated I would need to wait 24-hours.

Attitude matters in a public place of business..

I fuel my company truck at the Pilot in Meridian, MS. The pump does not ever add my rewards points. I ask the cashier to scan my rewards card so can get my points. she was not nice she tells me to get out of line and let her take care of some more customers. I'm a customer and I earned my spot we work on a time sensitive freight driver. Treat me as equal customer take care of me so I can get back on the road and most of all be courteous about it. Just talk to the cashier and let her know her responsibility is customer satisfaction and if she needs the manager approval to give me taken care of then I. Already here the customers behind me will have to wait their turn. and like I say I don't mind waiting if she would've been real nice about it . Attitude matters in a public place of business..
