Bought a car had a month and the rear end went out they have had it 3 mos tried to get them to buy it back for what I paid Resolution Sought Get my money back

Kathy, we apologize that this has happened to your vehicle. We have been working with you on a resolution to get your vehicle repaired. Given the rarity of the model you purchased, the parts have to be specialty made and is taking longer than expected. I will have our service department reach out to you with an update. Once the vehicle is repaired and the warranty claim is finalized we will do what we can to help you trade out of it (if you choose to). Sorry again for the issues, someone will be in touch soon.
