Simply The Best!
Our organization has worked with Pin Fanatic for over 10 years and this is the only pin company we will ever use! Their designers are so talented and always create the most unique pin designs for our many, many fundraisers, employee awards, and events. Top notch company! Superior customer service! Can't recommend them enough!

Deceptive Pricing: Did not honor their own pricing listed on their website and did not honor their price match guarantee
I was impressed with the first proof and attention to detail in the design I submitted. However, I was shocked that the quote given was almost twice as high as their own pricing listed on their website. When I asked for an explanation all I got was sorry. They told me that they could not honor those prices because they had meant to change them when they updated the website months ago. They told me that even they didn't realize that their factory's costs had gone up that high and that they were sorry. I was astounded that they admitted that they had the wrong pricing on their website and wanted to charge me more than a dollar more per pin. In fact, they wouldn't price match another quote I had because they said they can't go that low. Price matching is advertised on their website. Unbelievable false advertising.

Thank you for your feedback, Patrick. It is my understanding that a detailed quote was submitted to you up-front for your approval. The quote was based on the complexity of your design and the cost of manufacturing. The reason for the price was explained to you and a lower cost alternative was presented. There was no obligation to buy and in fact our sales staff encouraged you to work with a competitor who had a sale running. For price matching, it was requested that you provide us with a detailed quote from a competitor. The necessary details including a break-down of costs, materials used and the competitor’s artwork were not provided. We are more than happy to honor our price match guarantee, all that we ask is that our customers meet us half-way and present the information needed to verify and compare. Again, your feedback is appreciated. Due to the custom nature of our work, prices can fluctuate and we have updated our website to note this. Best of luck with your pin shopping.
