Pina Sanitation has been consistently rude and bullying over 18 years and even though I do what He tells me, he changes the rules, calls me and is bullying on phone. Others tell me same thing. I have called for costs, write the check, pay extra when asked and then get a call complaining and yelling at me....rules changed again. No written rules. Trash is left in garage+ driveway..They are terrible people to work with in the office...esp the woman on phone..very customer hostile. I have terminated them but feel you should know this. People should not have to be subjected to this kind of treatment.
Others have told me similar stories and I wonder how they are still in business actually. They are the only company which picks up on call but now i shall hire someone who does dump runs and avoid a needless battle each trip. I would like them to be civil to their customers, be polite on the phone, issue written instructions, treat their customers with respect, get their facts straight, and on occasion apologize. It should not be a stressful experience. Yesterday his yelling at me on phone, when I had done nothing to warrant this, ruined my whole day. I have been with them almost 18 years and feel I have earned their respect and today so delighted to terminate them by letter.
