After continuous issues with property manager Sara & worker Pam not being in the office during scheduled business hours to handle issues that presented & Concern during our stay, discrimination towards a persons with disability contacted the telephone C.S with Rjourney who I made the reservation through after a dozen+calls & being hung up on 7x, attempting resolution regarding amount refunded from security deposit- unexplained charges multiple invoices, questionable reading of electrical charges that when presented to employee at Town Hall for help handling issue of the business was told not to trust worker Pam who has a reputation of being the town drunk, she voiced concern on how the electric utility meter was calculated as 3 dif amt were manually written& altered balance amt in invoice Pam printed when packages were retrieved following departure. C.S emailed corporate as well as the property manager Sara. Told multiple times I'd be contacted by property manager does not respond in a timely fashion or at all. Told that my concerns have been forwarded to corporate & her. Told I would be contacted within 24 hours to resolve. I was not contacted in a timely fashion. final invoice w electric meter reading charges that included dates before our arrival and final read done 4 days after we vacated property. No one has been able to provide answers regarding issues nor handled in a professional manner. Sarah verbally said stated additional $15 will be refunded. Nothing! Resolution Sought Pine Bluffs RV Park & Corp Rjourney RV resorts to be investigated for embezzlement of their guests. random invoices sent after paid in full for 30 days with unpaid bal. of 33.33 emailed 3d after arrival, manual change on digital invoice fees that are added without explaining any additional costs or notifying guests ahead of time that fees would be assessed for changes offered by Pam. reservation contract clearly state policy for meter reading. breeches contract full refund $600 4 hardship.
