This company was hired to do a roof repair. They completed the job but closed up all of our air conditioning downdraft vents. When the heating and cooling company came out to service our air conditioner, they were blown away at how this company covered the entire area with shingles and whatever else they used. I called the general manager 3 times and he was never in his office and stated he would call me back. He never called me back. My husband called and spoke to him once and then left a message the second time, with no return call back. The cost to get air conditioning back on at our house was 1,600.00, this manager did not care about the mess or mistake the roofing crew made. Resolution Sought Pay for the amount I had to pay to get air conditioning back on.
