Pink Solar (Power Home Solar LLC) contracted and installed solar panels on our roof January, 2022! Work was completed 1/18/2022! Brunswick county inspectors visited the site, but refused to go on roof to complete final inspection, stating Pink solar would have to provide them with photos to complete inspection! Pink solar filed bankruptcy, and terminated business in NC! Brunswick county refuses to release the job to Brunswick electric, therefore we have been paying $230.00 monthly for a non working system. Brunswick county states they will not go on roof to inspect, will not accept photos from us as the homeowner or a representative. It must be submitted by a solar company which will cost us even more money. We don't know where to go from here to conclude this mater. We should not be paying for a unoperable system! Your confederation and help in this matter is appreciated! We've paid in excess of $5000.00 to date, and the contract is for $80,000.00+ Resolution Sought Provide Brunswick county with the needed info and photos to conclude this matter. Refund the monies paid since 2022,. Cancel our contract with Power Home Solar llc!
