I reached out to Pink Ivy Shoes via email, Facebook, and Instagram regarding a pair of sneakers that had about 10 Swavorski crystals fall off to which I had paid over $350 for these sneakers, and the founder Megan ignored all my emails and messages though she posts on social media daily and sends out emails. I would like the crystals sent to me with the glue so I can glue on the crystals. She doesn't care about customers just making money. Resolution Sought I would like the crystals sent to me with the glue so I can glue on the crystals.
