Brought a 2011 Honda Accord June 2021. I have had to take this car back to them four times in less than a month of me getting the car for check engine light coming on. The first time they said my spark plugs was bad and the car was miss fireing. Two weeks later the light came back on took it back. They said the spark plugs was bad in three weeks and the car was misfiring again. Three weeks later check engine light right back on, the are very unprofessional people and they are not fixing these cars as they state.These people are taking people money and selling bad cars. They need to be put out of business . Also speaking to these people they will hang up the phone in your face very very unprofessional people.I am a 21 year old young lady that feels that they sold me anything to get the money and the car was not right. Resolution Sought I want my car to be fixed the right way, and me not have to take my car back every two to three weeks of me taking it down there for them to tell me the same exact thing that they claimed they fixed the last times I took it there.

Down payment was refunded. Customer was never going to be happy no matter what we did. They need to go buy a new car if that is possible.
