Our Jeep Patriot broke down and we had it on lease through Pinnacle. We went in to speak to Kevin as we had just called and he said he would not help us. The manager Kevin M. Assaulted my brother because he didn't like how my fiancé spoke to him. Then Kevin proceeded to threaten us with a firearm. Police showed up and him and his employees lied about what happened. Resolution Sought I want them to fix the vehicle that broke down. And I want money off the lease for the jeep.
