Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Fpl took invoice for electrical polyps/box/ wiring out of Kari Ards name Jul'23 and put in mine in order for husband Mark could get last draw on new build. Engr Sommer Johnson took it upon herself to cancel order and resubmit into my name. I called numerous times from Nov'22 to this point and told I only owe 15$transfer fee. Sommer also tagged my unauthorized complaints communications with fpl with builder who lives around corner. I'm-disabled and already harassed me and tried putting another 4168.99 invoice in Karis name from University lighting Jay Meisenzahl. if I'd pay that I'd get appliances removed between 5Jul-21st upon moving taking residency. Dec I've yet to get key or appliances. Mark has threatened me with guns. Resolution Sought To give me original invoice and make it Pinnacles invoice. I have paid twice now through last draw then out of pocket to get into my forever fixer upper home depleting my savings daily. If there was a zero or negative rating I'd select.
