Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. After living there for almost 5 years, I moved out on May 18th 2024 and bought a home. I thought that was the end of Pinnacle properties until I received a move out expensive sheet. They pro rated my sewage bill 147.00 and also charged me for vertical blinds which have been hanging there for about 20 years because they were rotting on the rod. I could not open and close them because when I did they would fall apart. They also charged me for a patio lock which their maintenance man left that way. Instead of arguing with them, I went ahead and paid the $344.70. I thought I was done with Pinnacle properties until I received a bill from the sewage company for $47.75. when I called the company they said Pinnacle properties should not have charged me sewage since they have nothing to do with that. When I try to contact Pinnacle properties they would not answer their phone nor are they in their office. If there is any way that you can get my money back that would be great, but if you can't I understand. Thank you for your time. Resolution Sought To apologize and give me back my money. (But I think I'm dreaming if this actually happens).
