I was promised a full refund after paying twice by mistake. The person who I corresponded with Judy Lu in the accounting department, she wouldn't return my emails or give me any insight. Once I copied mangagement she finally replied. She said she sent a check out but the address was FAR from correct. I didn't even recieve an apology for the mistake. This error caused bills to bounce back from our autopay. Resolution Sought A full refund of $2,634.00 ASAP. We do have bills to pay. And an apology from the accountant who was curt, rude, and did nothing to resolve our issue.
