The professionalism or common courtesy of this place is absent. I drove up and was told to stay in the car because of Covid. I sat in my car for over an hour and when I knocked on the door, I was told that it would be just a few more minutes. 30 minutes passed and when I was finally let in, was told my temperature was high and made to sit in a separate room. I was siting in my truck on a morning with 85 degree temp outside and the ac on. The sun was beating down on me and there was no way to block it. Common sense has gone out the window. As I was sitting in the room, I witnessed most employees disregard the mask and pull it down to talk to each other but they want to give the impression that they wear it at all times when your outside waiting in the car. Its a double standard that has to be stopped. This is the last time I will make an appointment here.

Not truthful

Myke Wright manager was not willing to correct an error that happened very unprofessional. It's a shame. Would never recommend this company.
