I ordered an item while on a sale (retail value $99.99). The item arrived broken. Within 10 minutes of the product arriving on October 13, 2021, I sent an email as well as calling pinty devices on the phone. I was told on October 13th that there would be a replacement sent out within 48 hours and I'll get an email with the tracking number. I asked how to send the product that's defective back and was told they don't need the defective product back because it's defective. It's not 7 days later and I've received no emails, no messages and no correspondence other than 3 new requests for me to review the product for their online page. I then called twice to pinty devices again and was told that they see my order but the customer service agent couldn't do anything to help me and there's no other course of action. This is where I am now, with an entirely defective product, I was told October 13th 2021 I'd get a replacement and now I'm told, for lack of better words, pinty devices "can't do anything" and "so what it was on sale, deal with it". That's not only utterly off putting but isn't legal. Here's my order number, my name and place of my information about the stated order through pinty devices. Oct 11, 2021 Order # 114-4186317-9123403 Order total $47.68 (1 item) Resolution Sought Replace the order with the item that's not defective.
