I rented a room from a person on Furnished Finder. It was a very bad fit. I left before the last day of the agreement. The owner of the house verbalized that she would reimburse me what she owed me. She has not. I have reached out to Furnished Finder. Initially they asked that I speak to the owner of the house directly. That is not a good idea as we do not get along. I have reached out again to Furnished Finder several times without an answer from them or anything for that matter. I do not know how to proceed. Thank you for your time and effort. Resolution Sought Have the person that I rented the room from reimburse me.

On august 5, 2023, I paid Furnished Finder a fee of $99 to advertise my room for travelling nurses. The staff didn't help me on downloading the pictures and completing my application. I tried to call for two days and waited for assistance. No one called and assisted. So I told them on them to refund my money. The staff agreed. First, I was told that they refund back my money to the debit card. The bank told me that the debit card I used was closed and I should request for them to mail me a check. Ms. Laura Calderon, one of the staff connected me to their Customer Service. I talked to one of the staff there and she said they will send the check to my address. They verified and had me repeated the address twice for accuracy. For months, I inquired and was given a ticket each time and followed usually the next day with a response of the case is close. The frustration grew each time I called to follow up and nothing improved. Most recently, I talked to Ms. Calderon and she said the customer service told her that they mailed my check on February 28, 2024 and should be arriving after 30 days. I have been waiting in vain and now it is April 2, 2024 Could you please help? I am almost 75 years old and need your kind assistance. Thank you, Resolution Sought Refund my money
