I have had a pioneer woman set of pots now for a few years. I had a simmer pot going on the cooktop for awhile. I turned it off and put the lid on and boom! I heard a pop, turned around, saw it exploded! The glass was all over and inside the pot too. Good thing it wasn't my stew for dinner! I lifted the lid and this is what happened. I purchased one of their quilts. I had it on my bed for 2 days an it ripped. not on a seem but on a patch and it can't be fixed without noticing it. The amount of money I don't feel it should have ripped . Resolution Sought I would like the quilt replaced.

Reached out to customer 1/21/22 via email: I hope you are doing well today. I was informed today that you have filed a claim against our company in regards, to a quilt. I am sorry you had an issue, but you can always reach out to us for help in regards to a problem. Please send me photos of your actual quilt and your physical mailing address. We will work with the supplier to get a new one sent out to you (also please add what size you bought). I spoke with your company representative this morning in regards to this complaint from the customer. I checked our records, and the customer has never contacted us in regards to her issue with the quilt. I will reach out to the customer today and request our basic information (Physical mailing address and photos) . Once I have this information I will send it over to the supplier to send out a replacement. Our company replaces any item requested from a customer if it is defective in any way. We just have not received anything from this customer (she might not have the email address correct).
