Entire work on wood stove was done incorrectly. Original quote entailed overcharging 10 allowed of total. Instead of 50. Stove is inoperable and smokes house out. Contract states5 years on labor and lifetime. All my money was stolen because I received nothing for my payment. Contractor refuses to answer texts .calls and return my damper had to call the Sheriff and am calling again to get my damper returned. Had to get another 3 professionals to verify. Refund and return damper. Resolution Sought Refund and return my damper. I will need to hire a contractor who knows what they are doing to repair woodstove.

Glenda, In all the lengthy and threatening texts you sent to me, not once did you say it, "smoked out the house". It worked fine when I tested it. All you complained about was how much I charged you , which you agreed to. I performed as agreed and pushed hard to get it installed for your daughter's birthday on Christmas Eve when other customers had to wait. I never heard anything about smoke. You were even impressed when I moved the stove and you said that it took several people to get the stove into place. Try lighting a small paper/kindling fire during day with door open. Crack the front door to house about 2" -4". Stack firewood to back of stove box and send picture to 707-318-6919, so I can see if it's really smoking. If it is, I will fix it. The damper had to be removed to get the liner in. We discussed all of this.
