My mother bought a 2013 camry le from Pitts Toyota. My mother passed in 2018 so I bought the car. I got the exact same address because I bought the car & house. There was numerous recalls I knew absolutely nothing about. One of which was the torque converter. I NEVER received anything from Pitts about this & now I need a new transmission on a car that only has 125,000 miles on it. When this all started it had a lot less, instead of fishing the problem they just did a refresh. Now I'm stuck with a car that Jerry pitts quoted me 7000 for a new transmission. I called him numerous times but he couldn't ever to seem to remember me calling, finally I went there supposedly there's 11,000$ worth of work that needs to be done...I will NEVER have any dealings with them again Resolution Sought I would like the company to hold their end of the bargain up
