They are managing properies that are part of a living trust, and to make a decision they have to have all consent from all the trustees. They were hired by my sister, they went onto the property and asked for rent from the tenants. I spoke with them on the phone, I told him they are not allowed to be there since they don't have the consent from all of us. He stated they were hired by my sister. I told him the rent has to be placed in an LLC account, and we are filing a suit against my sister. On 7/14/25 he emailed the tenants stating they received an email from him stating to pay the rent to him, since he is the property manager. I emailed him stating he has no right, because there are multiple people on the trust. I provided him with a company of the trust showing who is trustee of the trust. Resolution Sought to get our consent before trying to manage our properties
