I am a co owner joint tenants with survivorship rights. My sister put me in jail after bailing her boyfriend out of jail. Then put a restraining order on me to keep me off my property I was released two and a half months later. All my tools and belongings that I inherited from my parents. My motor home was taken too. I was kept in jail long enough for the bail agent to get my deed from my sister. California state law requires all owners to sign using home as collateral. My 14th amendment rights and first amendment rights were violated. I was not aware of anything until 2023 November in 2024 sheri put her name on the deed. And I am being charged for the sales now my property is in default because I refuse to pay sales tax because I did not agree to any sales. My sister and I are required to have both signatures before we agree to a loan against our house. Sheri seen an opportunity to commit fraud and did just that. I don't have money to save my home. Resolution Sought I want my house back in my name only my sister cannot be trusted to protect my rights and she doesn't care that she lost her rights to fight for her share of the property. However I'm not going to lose my entire property to sheri when the guy Eric brown was exonerated and the premium owed to sheri is not 250,000 like she insisted I pay to buy her out. My home was valued at 181,000. I am wanting to sue her for the encumbrance of my home and title.
