Payment was processed incorrectly and not applied correctly to due date resulting in overdraft fees and fees to my bank account. Resolution Sought Adjust payment correctly and return funds to my banking account, return delinquent charges company posted.

I borrowed 1500.00 from Plain Green Loans. I wasn't aware of the massive interest rate on the loan. I paid 1500.00 back to them. Now they want to take me to court for the interest. They said I could settle out of court or I could go to court and then it would be over 3,000.00. This is ridiculous!!! This has been 5 years ago. They never said anything until today. I received no correspondence whatsoever. Resolution Sought I feel that the massive interest rate that I was not aware of should not be charged to me They are taking advantage of a senior disabled person. It's not right!!!
