I had bought a car from plant honda.my car got total.it was hit by a deer. I purchase GAP .now I been having problems to get gap pay the the balance.i called Honda to cancel my gap they send me the cancelation paper I signed it sent it back. And I haven't heard anything on it. This has been going on for a month. They keep telling me they will take care of it. Now I'm behind on two payments on the car I don't have which they are suppose to pay off the balance on it.. they keep giving me the run around and I am totally stress from this. So if you could please do something. I take care of my mother who is 97 years. And that's enough stress on me besides this gap claim. Resolution Sought Take care of the gap claim. I paid in to it

We received a request for product cancel. 09/30/2022- We have cancelled PPM and extended warranty which then gets sent to lien holder. This amount totals $2,762.32. The check was issued to the lienholder on 10-11-22. There was a gap claim issued for the remaining loan balance of $448.07. Once a claim has been filed and paid the dealership can no longer cancel the gap contract.
