This company management practices are unfair and unsafe for female employees.. Females employees fired for doing same thing men did.... Men were allowed to physically assault threaten. Harass female employees. No safe measures for female to turn too. When complaint is ignored or blamed on you by the boss. What do you do your out of state working. Living in places they pay for you.... After being injured by Co worker and he was allowed to threaten me harass me. I was so scared I was forced to quit.. Scared of coworker disrupted work environment Resolution Sought Get safety practices in place. Treat women same as the men . Us women travel state to state for work and should be safe. And not retaliated against for complaining
