FRAUD, SCAM, EMPTY PROMISES

Platinum financial, OC promised me a loan that I couldn't say no to. I sent in $6200 after I got an approval from them. Once my check cleared, I was no longer approved even though I didn't send them any additional documentation for them to base the change on. Read my entire account at www.platinumfinancial.org and www.platinumfinancial.info. I have 4 other individuals that were defrauded by Platinum Financial and I can furnish their testimonies as well. Call me at 630-675-0365 and I will attest that I am a real person that was defrauded by Platinum Financial, OC (Mike Ruiz and Tom Leonard). They ended up suing me for defamation among other things and they lost. I can provide evidence of that. You can also read about another person that was defrauded on Leasingnews.org, an organization that champions for those that have been defrauded (the actual story is at this link): http://leasingnews.org/archives/Jun2014/6_04.htm#plantinum. Please note that Platinum Financial, OC, just like with Sal above, will claim that I am lying but a court of law ruled in my favor NOT theirs and I have evidence of such.

This client is posting false information about our company. He submitted fake information to my company in an attempt to defraud our lenders. This client had substantial credit issues that he was attempting to hide and also falsified a credit application. We offered a refund to this client minus our fee and that offer was not accepted. We do not respond to extortion or threats even if the client is making up stories. We have overcome this 1 client and moved on. thank you!

SIMPLY SCAMMED BY PLATINUM FINANCIAL

My situation with Platinum Financial is as follows: After been preapproved for a loan to finance the purchase of business Equipment, I signed an application and sent them a deposit amount, soon After they cash my check my contact person Tom Leonard send me few Contracts with different terms and higher repayment amount than what the Original agreement so I refuse to sign them, due to the fact that they didn't Reflected the original terms at the end they kept my money and have refuseTo refund, I retained legal consul and send them a demand for the refund Of my money but have refuse to do still. I'm interested in knowing how many more people have been defrauded and mislead by Platinum Financial, OC. and at the end simply scammed by them.

This customer submitted false information on the lease application. They stated 16 years Time in business and Platinum discovered through vendors that the equipment was going to a Start-up restaurant that was not established yet. When a client submits information they attest that the information provide is true and correct, this client is upset that Platinum Financial did not become one of their victims and allow them to defraud our lending institution. During a time when most banks REFUSE to fund start-up restaurants Platinum was till able to secure 4 approvals for this customer in good faith and the customer refused to proceed. according to terms of the contract Platinum was well within their right to the course of action it takes with this customer. FURTHERMORE we offered a refund to Sal to which he declined.
