Their tow fee to pull a car is allegedly $150 no special equipment was used or brought out. Also they refused to leave my car and let the tow truck company I called take the vehicle. Once I call they say it's going to be $300, by the time I get into the place they tell me 350. The guy standing there says I don't know what the price was supposed to be originally. I say okay. Hand him my card for him to say it'll be 400 for card. But if you bring cash ill give it to you for 360. So i told him you just told me 350 walking in and 300 on the phone I'll give you 340. He says okay just to get my car and the entire front bumper is snatched off. Ripped not cut not broken ripped off. I have a collection of over 20 other people who have been done the same way. If the outcome doesn't feel like my desired one I'll sue them… Resolution Sought Give me an actual explanation of expenses and why it changes from a 30 minute period.
