I am filing this complaint against Plaza Services, LLC regarding a debt and legal claim that I dispute as inaccurate and not owed by me. Plaza Services pursued legal action against me for a substantial amount of money, even though I maintain that the debt does not belong to me. I believe the company failed to properly verify the identity and account information before pursuing the claim. The matter has caused me significant financial and personal stress. I have had to spend time attempting to determine why this debt was associated with my name and defending myself against a claim that I believe is the result of mistaken identity or incorrect account information. I am requesting that Plaza Services conduct a complete investigation of its records, verify the identity of the actual debtor, and correct all inaccurate information associated with my name. I also want the company to provide documentation supporting its claim and explain why legal action was pursued against me. Resolution Sought I want Plaza Services, LLC to investigate and correct the disputed account, provide documentation proving the debt belongs to me, and withdraw the claim if it does not. I want all inaccurate information associated with my name corrected and written confirmation of the resolution. I also want Plaza Services to stop pursuing me for a debt that I do not owe. Remove me from court public records for this claim isn't mine

Hello, I have made several payments to Net Credit (whom was the original debt, then it got transferred to Plaza Services, LLC. Plaza Services LLC (Kathleen Taylor) keeps calling and harassing my family when I asked her to stop! I have paid above and beon what I owed Net Credit and due to them harassing my family, I want this to stop! Resolution Sought They can the balance since they keep harrassing my family when I have asked them to stop. I also want a statement of all the payments they received.
