Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. Ordered Yamaha keyboard 11/17/21. Got confirmation 11/17/21. On 11/20 requested status on 11/22 was told shipping item two to seven working days normally 10 to 25 days after shipping I can receive my order no tracking number .11/28 requested again .also requested refund on 11/29 they said goods are in high quality and I've always been well received by public maybe you can think again. on 11/29 said if that's the case then you shouldn't be able you shouldn't be an issue giving me my tracking number. 11/30 they said they would cancel the order .11/30 ask when my refund was going to be in on .11/30 ask again about refund no response 12/1 they said refunding can't guarantee how long it'll take fastest time 3 to 15 days maybe longer 12/5 refund status again 12/5 says finest apartment is processing 12/8 requested management because I'm not getting any answers 12/15 still no response on the refund Resolution Sought I would like my refund
