I'm trying to cancel my subscription and I'm following the instructions provided in the app but it won't give me the option to cancel it I've contacted the website through email and no response I've removed my credit card from their app and yet they continue to try to collect the money for a new month every few days after I tryed to cancel it Resolution Sought I want my account cancelled and erased

It is an online site. On your app there is a button to extend service. I have never got it. Yet they keep taking money out of my account. I have emailed them two times because I can't even get on their site. They have the wrong phone number. They have no way to cancel, but it isn't supposed to be automatically recharged. Resolution Sought I want my money back and this. Deactivated. I have asked them twice now.
