Customer Complaint

This company charged my card on file with their account without my consent and sent me a product I didn't order. I immediately informed them that this was an unauthorized charge and they let me know that they can't cancel the order but once I receive the order, I can send it back and they would refund me. The order arrived and was sent unopened and unused back to them on the same day and now a month later they refuse to return the amount they took from my bank. This is a fraudulent transaction that they have yet to rectify. Resolution Sought I'm requesting a refund from Plexus for the amount of $70.57 for item that was not used and returned back to them.
