Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I purchased a car Thursday August 31st 2023 the tire flew off the car Friday September 1st 2023 the tire flew off the car in the middle of traffic I almost had a bad car accident and I'm grateful the tired and fly through no one windshield and oncoming traffic I may complaints to PLS about feeling that the vehicle was unsafe but I was in the process of getting to work they have not given me any update with the vehicle they have been very rude and have no concern for my safety. Or providing a reliable form of transportation Resolution Sought I would like help me get out of the contract with an unsafe vehicle that I have not even had in my care for 24 hours and have not had an update on the vehicle but they want me to pay for a vehicle that's in their service department and have not even given me an update on what's going on the car supposed to be under a form of warranty but I have not had any updates I would like for Better Business Bureau to help me close this matter because I feel like I'm being bullied
