Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I went in asked them to take 1000 out of my bank debt card and put it on there's that they provided for me. Friday the 38th day of January. .They said the transaction was denied so I went back Monday because Saturday it showed up that it had been deducted from my bank account. But their argument was it was still pending . Today it is not pending it has been deducted. So, obviously the girl that helped me took the money and lied to me. So I'm going file a police report today . And going talk to the manager to resolve the issue. I also am going to demand that they allow me to view the video with them. Resolution Sought Correct the problem. I don't enjoy theft and I don't steal it's a violation against god and mans laws as well.
