My account was compromised, so I cancelled my card & ordered a new card, plus sent them pictures of social security card, my state ID ( front & back) plus a government document of my address 3 times & they still won't send me a new card. It's been almost a month. Resolution Sought Give me my money now.

I put down PPLS instead. It is P. Everyone seemed to pass the buck and not help. Horrible service. Do not trust them if something gets stolen again. The store pointed out it was fraud but yet the information was not filed right. Resolution Sought Money back. I know I probably will not get it back. The way I was treated was not good. Kept making excuses and saying they needed more info from the main place. Mostly blamed me for getting robbed . Horrible service. Wasted a whole year. Followed the procedure and they failed b me
