Recently purchased a used iPhone from this company. When I went to activate and use it, Verizon informed me that the phone had been reported as lost/stolen. They are refusing to reimburse my payment. I would happily send the stolen phone back. Resolution Sought Reimburse the payment price!

This customer, filed a chargeback for fraud after she received her device. Our company reported the device lost/stolen since it was reported as fraud. Since her bank confirmed she attempted to file friendly fraud after receiving the device, so they declined her claim. Now the customer is upset that she could not get a free device from us.

I am not requesting a free phone. I am requesting that you lift the lost/stolen status from the phone I have paid for so that I can use it. If you cannot do that than I want my money back. I have paid for a functional phone and you have yet to deliver.
