My name is Aurelian Moise, residing at 3090 N Course Drive, Apt 310, Bld 50, Pompano Beach FL. Mr. Gil Levi , from Plumbing around the clockwork, came to my apartment to fix my older water heater but because he could not fix it, he offered to buy and install a new one. We agree about the price ($1500) and he promised to take out the old water heater. That was the deal. I thought he would come to install the new water heater but he sent one of his worker named Pacheco. Mr. Pacheco said he was not take out the old water heater without an additional $250. I was surprised. They wanted more money from me. The cost of the water heater is about $ 500. The installation was $1,000. That was more than enough. In the end we took the old water heater downstairs in the garbage room. I have to mention that Mr. Pacheco could not empty the water heater of water ( his little engine did not work) he made a mess on my carpet, the water dripping on the carpet. Unprofessional job to say the list. In the end somebody else took out of the building the old water heater. I talked to Mr.. Gil Levi afterwards and he promised me on the phone to send me a copy with the receipt and warranty of the product. This is a minimum requirement. What if the water heater one day will be broken ? It is been one month and I didn't receive any copy of the documents and he didn't answer the pfone. I am deeply disappointed all the more he is from Israel. I have a high regard for Jewish people. I trusted him. Resolution Sought I want my money $150, cost of taking out the water heater and the copy of receipt and warranty. Mr. Gil is a dishonest man.
