I was charged 1000.00$ for two hours work. They dug about 18 inches ,installed new clean out and snaked sewer drain. And they charged me that amount. A certified master plumber only charges around 35$ an hour. I'm sure they think because I'm a 67 year old they can rip seniors off. I don't care to pay for services but this is ridiculous. My drains are still clogged up. They want 1300.00$ more to fix the real problem. This is straight scam. I can see a 125$ house call then 35$ an hour but $1000.00 for two hours work. And they left twice. I'll file this but I will be going to prosecutor office as well. These businesses scamming seniors needs to stop Resolution Sought I want my money back. My drain is still clogged. He told me he would have it all running way it should. I actually want them and people like them put out of business but I know that'll never happen

Per consumer, Everything has been settled. They did what they was supposed to do. I actually paid them another 1000$ to do other work that I'm pleased with
