Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I recently switched property management and accidentally sent money to the old management. When I contacted Nino from PMI NWI (the old management company) he told me it wouldn't be a problem they could send it over to the new management company. It going on 2 weeks now and I haven't heard from Nino which has been my point of contact since I moved in. Now someone named Jasper has been telling me they will get it handled and nothing happened. Resolution Sought Refund the money to my account.
