They are slum lord's they don't fix anything. Even when you put a work order. My step dad was sick for 2 months cause they wouldn't fix his refrigerator that was infested ?? cockroaches.. and they discriminate over the pass when people destroy there places. I do also believe that they oh my stepdad money for having to replace his own refrigerator they never sprayed for cockroaches and he had to buy cockroach killer and killer to get rid of the mice and they weren't just nice they were rats. I want this matter address ed and I feel that he is owed $450 for a month of rent cuz it was about that just to spray for cockroaches and mice's aka rats Resolution Sought 450.00 nothing less

My fridge in my apt I just rented don't work, pmr won't replace it. I threw away 325$ away in food in on SSI and can't afford this. Resolution Sought I would like to get a fridge.
