Pods moves and stores your things. They while moving my pod around their own warehouse dropped it. They destroyed all of my possessions and this happened 6 months ago and I wad never contacted and they continued to bill me monthly 319.00. Resolution Sought Have my stuff moved and compensated.

My pod was scheduled to be delivered April 5th,2023. I was given a time and after my pod did not arrive on time, I proceeded to call the number given . 3 different reps gave me false information regarding the location of my pod, one even stating that if it was not there in the next 5 minutes. I would be compensated . Needless to say my pod did not arrive until the middle of the next week. The reason given was weather delay, but pods were being delivered to my area that same day. I stopped one of the pod drives and asked about my pod and his team lead told him my pod was not in their facility. Storage fees are charged every 6th of the month and I was charged yet again for a full month of storage that increased by nearly 200.00 when I raised this concern the customer rep informed me that policy had changed in Feb 2023 I signed my contract in Jan of 2023 . I was never informed of the increase. After receiving my pod a few items were damaged . I have 2 of each both packed exactly the same only 1 of each are no longer useable. My damage claim was denied. Resolution Sought Refund me deliver fees and the storage fee for the month of April. Or, offer me a one time move for free no limitations.
