When we moved in, we signed a no smoking agreement, no cigarettes, marijuana , e cigarettes, however the neighbors upstairs smoke all day and night , we have complained many , many, many times and they refuse to do something about it. We babysit a new born and 4 year old and that's not healthy for them. Moreover the smells are so strong that we are getting headaches and nose bleeds. Resolution Sought To kick the residents out that smoke and complete eliminate all type of smoking odors from 7101, if I could I would give them a 0 start
