I called before I went all they said I needed was my insurance verification. That's it. I brought my insurance verification and they then said they had to have my driver's license before I could get my car! So I brought what they told me to bring when I called before I went to pick it up. I had my insurance verification and cost of fee up to that day. Every day they add on a charge of $20.00 that u don't pick it up. I had the exact amount and verification that was discussed when I called to verify what I needed and amount I needed. When I get there they would not release my car even though I had what was stated over the phone . I do not live in Stillwater so going back home and getting my driver's license was not an option by the time they closed. Resolution Sought Not to be charged another day because of there incompetence.
