I purchased a bracelet from police auctions. Com when paying for it through PayPal the above company name appeared as Serrf Corporation Vortal Group 3182 Pullman st. Costa Mesa CA. 92626 phone 714-556-4900. Email [email protected] I have emailed them to twice cancel the order no reply. I have called no answer . I seriously believe this company is fraudulent! Resolution Sought Refund money. I paid with a visa card. I'm going to visa corporation with this complaint also.

Company states; Serrf Corp is our Corporate name, Police Auctions DBA. The item has shipped, if the customer wants a refund, they must return the item. All support is handled on our website. The customer needs to log into account and to support.
