I paid for a year of service in June of 2021, they lost service in January 2022. I got a new service and do not want their service but they do not want to give money back for the time that I did not have service. Their phone number, email and website did not work. The phone number was not in service and their website was down. Resolution Sought Give me my money back for the five months I did not have service.
