We were sold synthetic ice - as a comparison to real ice for figure skating/and or hockey. We called to file a complaint, as this plastic was NOTHING like real ice. James told us that there will not be any returns on a used product (that we tried to use for 10 mins) We are now out $700 on a product that was a lemon! Resolution Sought Return the $700 we paid for the faulty product
