My credit card bank, Comenity Bank, called me just now to say that a $39 charge was added to my account this morning. This charge showed up as PomaxTrim. I did not make this charge. Also, a charge of $119 was made, but the bank had declined that one. I'm guessing this is a scam, as the phone number for customer service do not work. Resolution Sought I want a refund of $39 that was charged to my card this morning by PomaxTrim. Because of the unsolicited charges mentioned above, I will have to get a new card from Comenity. Can you help me?
