We ordered a pool back in November 2021,they called us Friday May 13th 2022 to schedule delivery for Saturday (the next day) 14th between 10 am and noon. Nothing on Saturday no delivery,no phone call explaining what happened. We called the store the lady said she would find out what happened and call us back,No phone call back! I called back Sunday the guy said unfortunately it's Sunday and he couldn't get any info that he would call me first thing Monday, Monday comes and by 1 I still had no call so I called him ,all he could tell me was he's not sure what happened all he knows is that the truck that the pool is on is barricaded in the warehouse and they can't get to it! How do you call and schedule delivery the day before and then say the truck is barricaded? So after weeks of no answers we canceled that particular pool and asked the manager what pool was ready to be delivered now,he told us and we reordered, we now can not get a delivery call ! We can't get any answers only guesses. We called general manager he was supposed to find out information and of course no call back . Resolution Sought We want answers from general manager or manager, we want people to do their job! It's so unprofessional of them. we paid all this money and we can't even get a call to get our pool delivered. We can't even get a solid answer on anything!
