Arturo came to my home to diagnose why my pool heater stopped working. His recommendation included over $1600 worth of parts along with a $195 diagnostic fee. Turns out his diagnosis was completely wrong. Upon receiving a second opinion, the gas line needed to be blown out. Several pounds of water came out. Even if I replaced the parts, they would have ruined immediately by a malfunctioning gas line. I contacted Arturo multiple times to discuss a refund for his incorrect diagnostic fee. No response. I ended up paying $100 to another pool repair man who correctly diagnosed the issue and I paid a plumber $600 to blow out my gas line. At least my pool heater works again. But Arturo should not be trusted if he is unwilling to respond and admit his error. He pocketed my $195 and won't respond. Resolution Sought I would like my $195 refunded.
