Arturo is a fraud

Arturo came to my home to diagnose why my pool heater stopped working. His recommendation included over $1600 worth of parts along with a $195 diagnostic fee. Turns out his diagnosis was completely wrong. Upon receiving a second opinion, the gas line needed to be blown out. Even if I replaced the parts, they would have ruined immediately by a malfunctioning gas line. I tried contacting Arturo multiple times to discuss a refund for his incorrect diagnostic fee. No response. Customer beware.
