We ordered a pool liner and was sent the wrong size liner we contacted customers complaint immediately letting them know that the liner was made incorrectly the company had us to fill out the measurement form that they provided and still made it incorrectly now they are not willing to refund my money and have no f to return the liner yet states they can make another liner at our expense I'm on a fix income and can not afford to pay again for the company errors. Resolution Sought I would like my money refunded and I can return the liner due to it doesn't fit my pool.

Mr. Rice had ordered a custom made pool liner for his inground pool. The liner was manufactured according to specifications he had provided for the liner to be made. As a safeguard to ensure the liner is made properly, and as the customer wanted the liner to be made, a final approval drawing is sent (via email) once the CAD design has been completed. The final design was approved by Mr. Rice and he even stated he thouroghly reviewed the design himself and with his liner installation professional. After the liner was delivered, Mr. Rice claimed the liner did not fit, and he needed a liner made to different dimensions than those approved (by himself) for the production of the liner. We certainly do sympathize with the customer as we understand it is an expensive mistake (which he blamed on his contractor who measured the pool). In this case we have offered another liner to be manufactured at our cost. However the customer was not satisfied unless we paid for his mistake, which we can not do as it was not our mistake (at all).
