We hired a pool contractor back on october twelfth 2025. to do our pool. We have had a problem since day. Three after they dug the hole for the fiberglass pool.. They knew they were two inches higher than what they were supposed to, but they installed it any. Our pool has also been taken out of the ground. A total of two other times by the crane plus the initial one.. We have had problems with a pool crack, and also in the back corners that the Pole is actually out of level. And you can feel the indentation of the ground in one corner of the back of the pool.That is noticeable.. He is also promised those things. And I know we didn't get it in writing, but there's been damage done to plants and existing the gardens that he said he was going to replace.And never did.There was even an outstanding water bell because he drained our pool four times and we had to pay for each time to fill it up.. The most recent experience is that our pool heater malfunctioned. Back in december twenty seven and to this date it isn't still not installed, but he has gotten the new one from the manufacture back in january twelfth or thirteenth of this year.. He keeps telling us he's not going to install it till other situations that he did through the town through grade and to finish the problem. We have had frost as you know in Florida and we couldn't run our fuel pump To keep the Pole running. So really the Pole has not been run for over three weeks. An unusable since the pole heater was taken from Resolution Sought He has stated to us that he knows everybody in a town and he could do whatever he wants. And I feel like I'm just being used because we can't get him to come to finish the job. We can't even get him to put in our heater. We have paid over $42000 so far and still home the final draw, which is over 12000 and we have a pull that we can't even run. And use
